 Dr. Kathryn A. Cargill 
Dr. Kathryn Cargill Joined Northern Lakes Dental Practice in July of 2009. Dr. Cargill grew up in Grand Rapids, and now enjoys the privilege of continuing the legacy of her retired father, Dr. Charlie Sherman. Her education includes a BA from the College of St. Benedict and her DDS from the University of Minnesota. She resides in Grand Rapids with her husband Joe and daughters Quinley and Caroline.

 Dr. Chris Steffenson 
Dr. Chris Steffenson joined Northern Lakes Dental as a new partner in November of 2022. He is originally from Onamia, MN, where he was involved in wrestling, football, and very actively involved in hunting and fishing in his free time. After graduating from Onamia High School, he attended the University of Minnesota in Duluth for his undergraduate degree. He was accepted into the University of Minnesota dental school after his undergraduate studies, and graduated with his DDS degree in 2017. He always wanted to get back to Northern Minnesota to practice in a rural setting, and started his dental career in Walker, MN. Dr. Steffenson is experienced in all aspects of general dentistry and has completed a mini residency in geriatrics. He also plans to further his education and get involved in oral surgery and implants. Apart from dentistry, Dr. Steffenson is busy spending time with his wife Allison, and his two sons, Cam and Cal. They enjoy traveling, hunting, fishing, and spending time on the lake.
